Software WordPress themes for companies that build or sell software and want a product site rather than a generic company page. Wixo has app and SaaS homepages with mockups for showing your interface, and Siber and Softa cover mobile and web apps.

For a software house that also takes on IT or marketing work, look at iTera or Ninseo.
